After working all over the world Yvonne made the decision to return home and open her own salon. After a successful 14 years in Kilcock we needed bigger premises and more convenience, so moved to our current location 7 years ago, just outside Coill Dubh, which offers better parking for our customers and more room for us.
Our strong regular clientele and steady flow of new customers discovering us has seen Virgo’s go from strength to strength. Our commitment to quality means we only use the best products and always pay attention to every detail. We predominantly use Revlon products as these give an amazing shine while being gentle on your hair.

We celebrated 20 years in business with the fabulous Ken Boylan Makeup artist from RTE, who demonstrated makeup and gave us all great tips in applying makeup which complemented the model’s hair on the night. Clients really enjoyed the night while enjoying Tapas & wine to mark the 20 years celebration.
